*My lunch*
I almost had a slip up yesterday.
I brought my usual to work, a bunch of bananas and two cup of quinoa. When I at this food on Monday and Tuesday I was fine. I wasn't hungry or anything like that. But, yesterday, I was so hungry. I ate what I normally ate and them started getting cravings for meat. I actually went downstairs and wanted to order a chicken sandwich from the cafeteria. Luckily, there special for the day was orzo salad with sun-dried tomatoes. It was so good and a life saver. And I made it trough the rest of the day without any cravings.
Outside of that I've been doing research on finding meals that I can make during the week so being vegan will be a lot easier. I've found recipes for orzo and quinoa salad that look really good. I also found recipe for quinoa soup. I haven't been able to find a good recipe for oatmeal though. I might have to be brave and try to make my own.
