Last night officially kicked off the holiday season with the premiere of "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown". One of my favorite things about the holiday season are all the specials that come on. Curling up on the couch with my blanket and a cup of hot tea or apple crumble with the family and watching specials is one of my favorite holiday memories growing up.

I think that most of my favorite traditions center around watching different movies during the holidays. Also, I know what you mean about leaving the midwest. I am in the west for school but grew up in Chicago and there are no thunder and lightning storms like back home!
